Day 3






Breakfast : Starbucks grande latte vanilla spice & banana walnut loaf 

Lunch : Chick-fil-A wheat grilled sandwich with only pickles and lettuce / fruit / water 

Dinner : mahi fish grilled with lemon butter / brown rice / asparagus / water / two shortbread cookies

Snacks : six small pieces of gobstoppers and one starburst

Exercise : a small 1 mile run in.
